Things were crazy at Seattle Grace Hospital after Meredith, Derek, Arizona, Christina, Callie and Jackson took over.
Everyone was being really hard on Jackson. He didn’t ask to be put in charge and he was trying his best to step-up to the task, but no one was making it easy for him. I think over hearing his mother and Richard talking about him and will or won’t he be up for the challenge, was a wake-up call for him. And he rose to the occasion.
There was so much going on in this episode, but very few major things happened.
Derek finally stopped taking his anger out on Owen and admitted that he’s mad at Mark. Jackson was pushed so hard, because no one thought he would handle the position, but in the end he did. He made some changes that would make everyone happy and he changed the name of the hospital fo the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
I think that was amazing. He loved Lexi and Mark just as much as everyone else on the board and he may not have started the plan to save the hospital, but he did lose Mark and Lexie just like they did. I miss Lexie and Mark and I like that they are naming the hospital after them. They may not be on the show anymore, but at least now in spirit they will be.
The only other thing that truly happend was Alex being mad at Jo for going out with someone else. He finally resized that it wasn’t Jo’s fault, he just waited too long. I hope he tells her how he feels soon.

Thanks for the link. And it was a crazy episode. But no matter how crazy, it will always make me cry lol
Most Grey’s episodes make me cry too, this one included. That Shonda knows how to bring on the tears!
