Cass is back! But doesn’t look like he’ll be hanging around the boys too much.
I knew that Dean and Cass had gotten pretty close over the years, but the fact that their bond broke his connection to heaven is incredible. I think you can definitely call Cass an honorary Winchester.
I get why Cass would want to protect the Angel’s tablet from Heaven, but why Dean? Dean would risk his life to protect that tablet. I know Dean has never been a fan of the Angels, but would he ever truly consider closing heaven?
Meg is dead!? She’s been around since the first season. There’s going to be no one left when the show ends.
I’m glad that Dean finally knows that Sam is coughing up blood. Dean can’t get mad this time for Sam not telling him, because Sam tried to tell him, but Dean didn’t want to hear it.
How much damage has this first trial done? So much that Cass can’t heal him. There’s two more trials, how is Sam going to make it through? Is he supposed to make it through?
I would like to believe that when the show ends that the Winchester’s will finally get their happily ever after, but that may not be the case.
They are both more than aware of how this job could and probably will end and I think they are both prepared for that. I don’t think they are prepared for both of them to die. They both believe if they could finish this that the other could be happy.
I’m not sure where the writers are taking this show, but it’s been a great ride so far.
