I was very excited for Scream Queens from the moment I heard about the show and it did not disappoint.
The biggest question is, can the writers maintain the level of the premiere for the whole season? I have faith in them with the great cast they put together.
I’m not even sure where to begin. The entire thing was hilarious and just kept getting better and better.
My only complaint was that my internet kept freezing. Apparently watching live TV doesn’t always go smoothly. Or maybe so many of us were trying to watch live TV online at the same time!
I missed a tinny little part around 9pm. I will have to try to figure out what I missed. I also missed the part where the Taylor Swift fan got mowed over. I heard most of it, but I missed the best part. No offense to the girl. I’ll actually miss her. I loved her Tay Tay references.
I think one of my favorite scenes had to be when Chanel #2 (Ariana Granda) was killed. At first I was screaming, ‘NO, NO! Don’t kill her yet!’ But it was such a great scene.
She was texting with the Red Devil instead of screaming and then she tweeted for help. She died before her tweet could be sent out, but then she came back to life just to send out the tweet, because you can’t die until your final tweet has been sent.
Scream Queens is definitely not taking themselves seriously and I hope for a lot more scenes just like that one.
I was so relived that Boone (Nick Jonas) was not killed off, but I really wanted him to join the sorority. That would have been so much fun. Instead he’s in on it! Is he the killer’s partner?
I really want the Red Devil to be Jamie Lee Curtis. I just think that would be epic. I really don’t know at this point who the killer is, though I do have my suspicions, but I want it to be the original scream queen herself!
Pete seems like the most likely suspect at the moment, but I don’t really want it to be him. I like that he’s an investigative reporter for the school paper and I want him to continue investigating, not killing.
I love Emma Roberts as Chanel. She is like a classic mean girl, but she wasn’t always that way. Her fashion sense as certainly improved and she’s a lot tougher than she was before she became president of the sorority. So how did this transformation take place or was she just hiding her true colors?
It appears that Grace could be the survivor girl of this horror story. The writers seem to be setting her up as that character. I like how she’s going undercover to make the sorority the way it was when her mom was a member, but was it ever really a good place? I think it’s always been that way.
Is Grace the baby? The time doesn’t match up. The baby should be almost 20, not 18. My first guess was that the baby was Grace, but then when I thought about the dates, it didn’t match up.
Grace may not be the baby, but whoever Grace is in this story, she’s important.
Maybe Boone is the baby. If he is one part of the Red Devil team, that would certainly give him the motivation.
I’m looking forward to a very crazy show!
