We’re eleven seasons in and the writers are really setting a tone for the new season.
The motto is” hunting people, saving things, the family business.” This was recalled numerous times, but the boys think they have forgotten how to do their job.
Maybe they have. They’ve been so busy saving each other over and over and over again, what about the rest of the people. And of course they are left in that same predicament yet again, Sam needs to be saved this time.
We always get done saving one Winchester and then it’s time to save the other.
Season eleven seems much darker than any of the seasons before. I guess it’s fitting seeing as they are fighting the darkness.
Dean is bonded to the Darkness, but he knows that he will have to defeat her somehow.
Lets take a moment to revel in the fact that the Darkness is a woman. There are so many male characters on this show, and don’t get me wrong, I love every single one of them. But where’s the love for the ladies? They always seem to get killed. Granted this lady will eventually get killed, but it’s nice that the big bad this season is a woman. And lets not forget about Rowena, that’s to big bads and two women. That’s one great way to start the season.
I guess when the Mark was removed from Dean, we couldn’t expect that to be over with. That would have been too easy. Now he’s connected to this woman, but how? Is it in a way that will make him not want to killer her? Not physically be able to kill her? Or that he will die if he kills her? There’s so many unanswered questions about this new enemy.
One thing is for sure is that this is one scary enemy. When Hell is scared, we should all be scared. Especially when it’s Michael or Lucifer that is scared.
Crowley didn’t even believe the Darkness existed. He thought it was just a bedtime story.
Does this mean Heaven, Hell and the Winchesters will have to team up to defeat this new enemy? Now that’s a very strange dynamic.
I knew Crowley was still alive, but I really didn’t like it looking like he was dead. Please don’t scare me like that. With all the other deaths on this show, you can’t let your guard down.
What is going to become of Cass? The boys need him right now and Heaven has taken him captive all because he asked for help. That’s not how Heaven is suppose to respond. Oh wait, that’s exactly how they respond.
How will Sam and Dean save Sam this time and how will they defeat this new very dark enemy?
