I think this episode would have been much more exciting if we didn’t know that Sara would be fine.
If you know about the upcoming DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, then you knew Sara was going to be fine and that just took the suspense out it.
This episode did make me very worried for Felicity and Oliver though. Maybe my friend should have never told me that Oliver ends up with Laurel in the comics. While I know that the show isn’t a carbon copy of the comic, I also know that Felicity isn’t in the comics, so she could go at any time.
Laurel and Oliver are repairing their relationship and their trust in each other, so could that mean trouble for Felicity and Oliver? And not to mention that Ray is actually alive.
Oliver hasn’t even asked Felicity to marry him yet, we can’t have things getting in the way.
I knew that Ray would come back into play at some point, seeing as he’s also in the new spin-off show. I thought he was dead though. It’s a surprise to me, but I guess we can’t keep bringing people back from the dead.
We know from the preview that Damien Darhk has Ray. Unfortunately, once again, we know that Ray will be saved. There’s a lot of episodes needed for this spin-off.
While the suspense was gone, it was nice having John Constantine paying a visit. He was a lot of fun and brought a lot of gloom. It was funny when he said it wouldn’t matter if it didn’t work, because they would all be dead, so comforting.
Constantine was a silver lining in an episode that was pretty clear from the start.
Dig got some information about his brother’s death. Apparently his brother wasn’t as good as he thought, and that’s what got him killed.
This episode did shad light on what the Lazarus Pit does to you. I knew why Sara was going after Thea, she was the one that killed her, but now that her soul is returned, we she still have the blood lust to kill Thea? I’m assuming Thea has her soul, so this pit thing is very complicated.
We also got some more information on Darhk and he’s not going to be easy to defeat.
Can we get through these spin-off episodes and get back to the Arrow storyline? And please don’t tear Olicity apart when they only just started their relationship.
