I’m very relieved that Felicity isn’t the person in the grave, but who is?
Whoever is in the grave is changing the game for Arrow. He had found his humanity and no one wanted him to sink back to that level, but this death is causing even Felicity to tell Olivier to kill Darhk.
It was a roller coaster of an episode for me. First it was revealed that Felicity was alive, but then she had another surgery and then the surgery didn’t go well.
I was on the edge of my seat terrified that the writers were going to kill off my favorite character. It’s been a horrible season for possible character deaths. I’m talking about you The Walking Dead and of course last season with Game of Thrones.
Felicity may be alive, but she’s not going to walk again? In the promo for next week’s episode and the final scene in the limo, I’m unsure of Felicity’s condition. Do they find a way to get her to walk again?
To be fair, to be apart of Team Arrow, she doesn’t really need to walk. She just needs to be behind her computer to work the magic, but there are plenty of times she needs her legs to survive all of the threats coming her way.
I’m not sure how I feel about this twist. She can’t be the character that I fell in love with now. That doesn’t mean she can’t be an integral part of Team Arrow and the show, though. I just don’t know how I feel about the obstacle they’ve put in Felicity’s way.
She is super strong. She does have her friends around her, but she’s just so strong. She’s still positive despite everything.
Olicity did say there were going to make it work, though, I don’t think they thought they would be dealing with this so soon.
Oliver should have been by Felicity’s side a little bit more. She completely understood. He was out looking for Darhk, but he was just chasing a shadow to calm his rage.
Killing Darhk isn’t going to change what happened to Felicity and it won’t bring back whoever is in the grave, but they are probably not safe until Darhk is dead.
Darhk promises to come for Oliver and his family and he apparently keeps good on that promise.
It was interesting that Darhk gave Oliver a pass for saving his family. He’s such an interesting villain. He’s also a villain that has proven the most difficult for Oliver to defeat.
The again, Ra’s al Ghul proved to be quite difficult and Oliver found a way to defeat him. The Arrow always rises to the occasion to defeat these impossible villains. That’s part of what makes this show so great. That and Felicity, which is why I’m so upset with what is going on with her character.
The strong female characters are great on this show, especially when the lead character is a male superhero.
Thea proved to herself that she was stronger than she thought, even if she needed a little reminder from a guy.
She’s been through so much and she still has to fight that blood lust, but she’s so strong. I want to her pursue a relationship with Alex. She deserves to be happy and I’m totally shipping these two.
Speaking of those strong female characters on this show, Lyla’s words of wisdom helped Dig break through to his brother. They got what the needed on Darhk and maybe they can find a way back to each other.
The second half of season four has a totally different feel to it. Where do they go from here?
