I’ve been waiting very impatiently, and getting slightly worried, for MTV to renew Scream. They finally announced they were renewing the show for a third season ahead of its Halloween special!
If you want more of these characters we’ve come to love, we only have to wait until Oct. 18 to see them. Then we’ll have to wait till next year, but at least we know we are getting another season.
The season two finale revealed that Kieran was the accomplice and was having sex with Emma’s sister all season one. And we thought Billy from the original Scream film was creepy. Kieran took creepiness to a whole new level.
Now we’ll get the Lakewood survivors in a whole new environment, a remote island with a murder mystery. The murder spree starts again, but Kieran is in jail, so who is doing it this time?
Then Mr. James gets welcomed to Lakewood. Could he be the one behind these new murders?
We can finally celebrate that we are getting a third season and I can’t think of a better way to do that than a two-hour Halloween special!
