There’s so many twists and turns I don’t see coming. Just when you think you know what’s going on, Kevin Williamson throws you for a loop.
Jordan’s (James Wolk) story is an interesting one. He lost the love his life and his friends are all very worried for him, but they don’t even know the half of it. It’s hard to even feel sorry for him anymore, he’s just taken this so far. You would think that seeing Eddie (Paul Wesely) kill his girlfriend and then kill himself would wake him up but instead, he turns around and kidnaps Mitch’s (Michael Raymond-James) wife. Jordan may not have pulled the trigger, but every death that has happened since Beth is on his hands.
I thought Sam (Dorian Missick) was going to come and shoot Jordan in the head. I wasn’t expecting him to kill Mitch and his wife. I guess that does clean up the mess. We haven’t seen too much of Sam but it’s definitely clear that he’s not a good guy and not a guy you should trust. The Hansel and Grettle story shows us that. He’s willing to kill a lot of people to get his money back. Even so, I never saw him killing Mitch, though, in hindsight, I should have.
I was upset last week that Eddie killed himself. Lucky for us, his ghost is sticking around. We may not have gotten Paul very much this week but he looked damn good. He was more confident in death than he was in life. I hope we get more Eddie ghost scenes.
Probably one of the most terrifying scenes this week was when Hannah (Dania Ramirez) was fighting. When he threw her on her back, I felt the wind go out of me. That was a very intense scene. And it’s escalated all the way to Gabe (Davi Santos) being kidnapped.
Kayla’s (Danielle Campbell) storyline should teach us all to really Google the guy we like. If he doesn’t have social media, think of other ways to find out who he is because this is getting scary. I want to know why Nick (Billy Magnussen), or Josh as we now know him now, is using his brother’s name. Could that mean I was right and maybe he has killed before? And why does he have her mom’s painting? He is one great actor because when we first met Nick I thought he was such a sweet, and maybe a little boring, guy, and now it’s getting insane.
This whole show is getting insane. In a very good way. I really have no idea where Kevin will take us next.
