We can’t deny that even through the tears, it was great having Team Flash back on our screens. Nora is gone, and the crisis is coming. Last time it was Iris, now it’s Barry. They always find a way to save their own.
Season six is opening up new storylines, beyond the crisis, from Iris (Candice Patton) and Barry (Grant Gustin) dealing with losing Nora, to Cisco (Carlos Valdes) after giving up his powers, and Killer Frost having a life. We have a lot to look forward to this season.
There were so many great moments from the season six premiere. Let’s relive the six best and most heartbreaking moments:
6. Book of Ralph Vol. 2
So while Ralph’s (Hartley Sawyer) first book has mixed reviews, I enjoyed him trying to help Cisco find love, and I’m even more excited about him helping Frost live her best life. You have to admit you’re curious about all the ridiculous things that will be in the book.

5. Ralph and Killer Frost’s Heart-to-Heart
I’ve always loved Ralph when he is helping one of the members of Team Flash. Ralph and Frost are a dynamic I’m glad the writers are exploring. Why can’t Frost have a life? Why haven’t we thought of this before? But how sweet was it that Ralph got her to come out and open up.

4. Cecile and Iris
Iris was trying to act like she was fine, but Cecile (Danielle Nicolet) saw right through her. I knew Iris and Barry weren’t handling the loss of their daughter, but I wasn’t ready for this scene. Cue the tears.
3. Everything Cisco
How many times in the premiere was Cisco (Carlos Valdes) the best? He’s protecting his work-life balance wanting more beer. Yelling, “Everything here’s garbage, I hate garbage,” in the background. Playing the Queen’s Flash. Just every time he opened his mouth.
2. Cisco Playing THAT Song
Twitter went crazy when Cisco played Queen’s Flash. It took the writers and producers six seasons to figure out how to pay for that song, and it was the perfect moment, Barry flying into a black hole. They need to check out the tweets because whatever money they paid to include the track, was worth it.

1. Nora’s Jacket
Leave it to Barry to not just save Central City from the black hole, but also retrieve Nora’s jacket for Iris. These two have a long way to go to grieve the loss of their daughter. They are finally dealing with their grief, and they have a unique token to remember XS.
