Eleanor really should slow down her parting, but right now what she needs is to drown her sorrows. Can any of us blame her? He dad and brother were murdered. Then she was told her dad wasn’t her dad. Then her title was taken away and then given back to her. That’s enough for anyone to turn to alcohol and drugs. Not even her dream guy can tear her way from them now.
Is Beck really the guy for her though? Sure she’s crushed on him for years and he did leave is wife for her, but they just don’t seem to be compatible. His heart may be in the right place, but forcing her to get sober isn’t going to actually make her get sober. It will do the opposite as we saw.
I think Jasper has a better idea. Finding out who killed her brother and father. Once we find that out and save her family, maybe then she’ll have less of a reason to drink.
If you get taken on a nice romantic weekend and it’s still not enough for you, then maybe it’s time to move on.
Her break-up with Beck was supposed to be sad and it was. I felt bad for her, but I never liked her with him anyways. I was ready to move on from this relationship.
Poor Liam got his heart broken this week too. I was all excited that he went to see Ophelia, but she had already moved on. Well you can tell her heart hasn’t moved on yet, but she’s back with that Nick guy. He’s really cute and not a bad second option, but he’s no Liam.
I’m kind of annoyed with Ophelia. I get not wanting the Palace, or as she thinks Liam, getting her the spot in the dance company, but a lot of times it’s about who you know and not what you know. She she got her break. She should have taken it.
In a perfect world we would all love to get somewhere with no ones help, but that’s not how the world works. Connections get you the job. Why do you think we are always networking?
Liam is right, she would have earned it everyday. I don’t think this righteousness does anything for her character.
We saw Cyrus be vulnerable this week and I really liked it, but it didn’t last long.
His cancer wasn’t responding to the treatment, so he had to get surgery. Of course he was a little too upset about the fact that he had to loose a testicle and not about the actual surgery.
He was then actually upset that the people didn’t like him. I though he’s actually growing. Then that maid had to go and say she liked him and it didn’t matter what people thought because he was King. Then he went back to his old ways. It was nice seeing the vulnerable side of him, but I guess it was never going to last long.
Helena may have met her match or her equal. The Deputy PM operates much the same has Helena and once again the monarchy is in jeopardy.
It’s really simple though. Helena needs to tell Cyrus that the new PM plans to dismantle the monarchy and then he won’t sign off on it. I know Cyrus and Helena aren’t really on the same side, but they both want to keep the monarchy.
Did Cyrus have anything to do with the paparazzi showing up to photograph Liam and Eleanor? Cyrus was having a low moment, he didn’t want his captured, but he sure wanted the low moments of his nephew and niece to be captured.
We didn’t get to see any of Jasper this week. Which was such a shame. I know we got our eye candy through Liam and Beck, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want Jasper too.
Still no sign of Jasper next week and Eleanor has a new bestie. Plus things are still not looking good for Cyrus’s cancer.
